Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund only. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
RETURNS
We are sorry to hear that you wish to return the product, we would definitely help you out through the return process.
A return request must be raised within seven (7) days from the delivery date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
You can raise a return request in the following cases:
(a) Change of mind
(b) Do not like the fitting
(c) Wrong colour, size or product received has been delivered
(d) Damaged product received
(e)You are not satisfied with the quality of the product.
Note:- To initiate the return request, we would require an uninterrupted unboxing video. This video will act as proof in case of a damaged product or a wrong product received by you. While making the video, please make sure the label (for investigation) is shown first in the video and only then the package should be opened.
For wrong and defective products, a return request needs to be raised within 48hrs of delivery.
The Vap Store is not entitled to entertain any query raised without an uninterrupted unboxing video.
RETURN PROCESS
To begin with the return request, You can contact our team via mail or whatsapp. After thorough analysis and genuineness of the video, the Vap store will approve the return request. The Myroblan holds all the right to accept or reject the return request.
After the acceptance of the return request, you have to self-ship the product to our head office: A-802, Second Floor, Khyala, Vishnu Garden, New Delhi 110018.
We will refund upto Rs 100 of the return shipping amount. For that, you have to get in touch with our team and share the required details and documents.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your refund in your original mode of payment. In case of COD order, email us your account details and also mention the order id for which the return is requested, at . We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
